What this is
The 800z Credit Club provides credit education, dispute assistance, and coaching. We are not a law firm, not a licensed financial adviser, and not a credit repair organization offering guaranteed outcomes. Nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice.
No guarantee of results
Credit outcomes depend on your individual history, your creditors, and the bureaus — none of which we control. We do not promise a specific score increase, the removal of any specific item, or approval for any loan or credit line. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical results.
Accurate information stays
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you have the right to dispute information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. You do not have a right to remove accurate, timely, verifiable negative information, and we will not attempt to do so or advise you to misrepresent anything to a bureau or creditor.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about yourself and your credit file.
- Do not use the service to commit fraud, misrepresent your identity, or file knowingly false disputes.
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share paid materials outside your household.
Membership, billing, and cancellation
Membership bills monthly in advance at the price shown at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
Your right to cancel
Where credit repair organization laws apply, you may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days of signing it.
Intellectual property
All course material, templates, recordings, and written content belong to The 800z Credit Club. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them. Reselling, republishing, or redistributing them is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost credit opportunities or denied applications.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
