This policy explains what we collect when you use jimmyhunnidz.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name and email address when you join the training list or contact us. If you become a member, billing details are collected and stored by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
- How you got here. Referring page and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) so we know which ads and posts are working.
- Basic technical data. IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, in standard server logs.
What we do with it
- Send you the training details, the resources you asked for, and related follow-up email.
- Provide and support your membership if you join.
- Measure which campaigns bring people in, and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Advertising and analytics
We may use advertising and analytics tools from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. These set cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. They may combine this with data they already hold about you. You can limit this through your ad settings on each platform, or through your browser's cookie controls.
Credit information
We are not a credit bureau and we do not pull your credit report from this website. If you become a member and choose to share report data with us, it is used solely to help with your disputes and credit strategy — never sold, and never shared outside what is required to file a dispute on your behalf.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; if you are a member you will still receive messages about your account.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) — you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.

Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as you are on the list or a member, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to people who need it.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
