Required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679e)
Federal law gives you the right to cancel your contract for credit repair services, without any penalty or obligation, within 3 business days. This notice explains that right. You receive two copies when you sign your contract — keep one for your records and use the other if you choose to cancel.

You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day which begins after the date the contract is signed by you.

The clock starts the day after you sign. Business days do not include Sundays or federal holidays. If you cancel within this window, you owe nothing and any enrollment payment is returned.
